主要特點(diǎn)（main feature:）

1、改進(jìn)了模轉(zhuǎn)盤內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)，采用原裝日本直線軸承，保證了設(shè)備的精度以及使用壽命。

2、采用凸輪下置設(shè)計(jì)，增加了壓力霧化油泵，保持凸輪槽內(nèi)潤滑，減少磨損，延長零部件使用壽命。

3、選用加大凸輪分度箱，成為國內(nèi)少數(shù)幾家采用RU100與RU100分度箱配套使用的企業(yè)，雖增加了成本，但大大提高了機(jī)器的穩(wěn)定性與使用壽命。

4、采用電腦控制，無級(jí)變頻調(diào)速，數(shù)碼顯示達(dá)到操作方便，醒目直觀。

5、采用對(duì)計(jì)量盤下平面為基礎(chǔ),三維調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu),間隙均勻,保證了裝量差異,計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確,控制在±3.5%內(nèi)。
